Lightweight, Bi-Elastic Vlieseline (Vilene) Interfacing - made out of a polyamide yarn the interfacing is a fusible knitted construction designed to have extreme elasticity.
With a soft and elegant handle, the interfacing provides elasticity on both the warp and the weft. It is ideal for use on large or small parts of elastic high-class outer fabrics e.g. Jerseys etc.
The ideal Interlining for stretch fabrics, jersey, sequin stretch etc.

Woven Interlining Weight Guide
The latest stretch interfacing from Vlieseline (Vilene). Featuring a fusible side plus stretchability on both the warp and weft it is ideal for fusing to fabrics with movement such as Jerseys, Sequin Stretch and more. It adds firmness making them much easier to sew and also more suitable for use in finished garments or projects.
With the specially formulated Vlieseline (Vilene) heat fusible glue the adhesion holds even after many cycles of washing and fabric care.
Instructions For Use
- Like all interfacing made by Vlieseline, the interfacing is always cut in a lengthwise direction and thereby follows the grain of the fabric.
- Place the interfacing with the fitted side on the left side of the fabric. Press each area for about 10 seconds.
- Allow the pieces to cool flat for about 30 minutes, so that the adhesive can set properly.
